Couldn’t recommend our stay in the Roses more! Everything was perfect; modern and clean, all new facilities (washing machine and dryer, dishwasher), conveniently located in the centre of Rotorua with excellent communication from Grant. Absolutely loved the spa pool too! Nothing could be improved upon; great place to stay!

Grant is a superb host. Good communication overall, clear instructions at the property, the place is nicely decorated, cleaned at hotel standard! Well equipped with good amenities as well. We are coming back for sure

We absolutely loved our stay at Grant’s place! It was so convenient to town and was super stylish and extremely clean. The apartment had everything we could need and we ended up spending a lot more time chilling out there than we expected to do as it was just so comfortable and cosy warm! There was four adults but we never felt cramped, there was plenty of space for all of us. Very comfy beds with plenty of extra blankets, pillows etc. Having the use of the spa pool was also really nice especially in the cooler weather. Absolutely loved our stay here and would love to stay there again if visiting Rotorua in the future. Grant was very quick with his communication and very clear which made everything super easy and stress free. Loved it! Thanks for the lovely accommodation!

Beautifully appointed space and immaculately kept. Quiet and safe neighbourhood, away from the sulfur smell of Rotorua but still close to all the amenities including Eat Streat, the market, waterfront, etc. The spa is a really great bonus as well. Wish we had been in Roturua longer - thanks for a great stay, Grant!
